Wow, came online today after WAY too long to check and see what's up. So much has changed..my goodness. Everything looks super different.
It's my birthday today as well! Maybe that will inspire me to spend some more time in this next year of life doing some photography and perhaps even updating my page a bit!

For now, I plan on running around the site and being confused until I can figure out everything that's new.

Hello hello again !! Well, I can honestly say DA has helped me find inspiration once again. This time, for chainmaille. I started to do some chainmaille jewellery making a little while back, and have thus far made two bracelets, half a necklace and a few swatches of different weaves to practice. But I honestly didn't know just how versatile this stuff was. Found a couple amazing groups and artists that are truly inspiring to me.
I already had a few projects planned, but now I've see the other sorts of things I can do with it.
I have some drive to get going on this stuff again and see what sorts of lovely things I can make :)

It's been awhile...
Well hello folks!!! It sure has been a long time since I've had time to update my journal!
So much has happened since last year, so I'll try and sum it up somewhat briefly for you guys.
Mostly, I've been crazy busy with school. I'm now technically in my fourth year at University of Victoria, but I actually have a lot left to do. I need to finish my Anthropology requirements, but also apply for an honors degree. Turns out, most grad schools want an honors degree...and I want to go to grad school...soo...lol. I am also currently studying medieval studies as my minor. However, I'm considering switching that to be a double major with my ant
